Rachel Andaloro, Psy.D.

Dr. Rachel Andaloro is a skilled and compassionate clinical neuropsychologist with almost two decades of extensive experience in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of neurological, neurodevelopmental, and psychiatric conditions.

Dr. Andaloro has worked with individuals across varied socioeconomic, identity, and cultural backgrounds, in both inpatient and outpatient hospital settings, private and group practice, local universities, and high schools. She conducts neuropsychological assessments for both adolescents and adults, tailoring evaluations to each individual's unique needs. She specializes in assessments for a broad range of concerns, including neurological conditions and dementia, neurodevelopmental disorders and learning disabilities, and psychiatric diagnoses. 

In addition to her work at Fresh Pond Neuropsychology, Dr. Andaloro assists with the special education process at local high schools, supervises postdoctoral students at Cambridge Health Alliance, and evaluates graduate students at a local university to provide information regarding their academic support and accommodation. She is affiliated with Harvard Medical School, Cambridge Health Alliance, and Mount Auburn Hospital.

In addition to her professional role, Dr. Andaloro enjoys spending time with her family and keeping up with her children’s numerous activities. She finds balance through yoga, travel, and volunteering, and expresses her creativity through various artistic pursuits, music, and hands-on projects.
