Rachel Andaloro, Psy.D.
Dr. Rachel Andaloro is a highly skilled and compassionate clinical neuropsychologist with almost two decades of extensive experience in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of neurological, neurodevelopmental, and psychiatric conditions.
Dr. Andaloro brings a diverse clinical experience, having worked with individuals across varied socioeconomic, cultural, and LGBTQ+ identities and backgrounds, in both inpatient and outpatient hospital settings, private and group practice, local universities, and high schools. She possesses comprehensive experience in conducting neuropsychological assessments for ages 16 and up, tailoring evaluations to each individual's unique needs. She specializes in assessments for a broad range of concerns, including neurological conditions and dementia, neurodevelopmental disorders, and psychiatric diagnoses.
In addition to her work at Fresh Pond Neuropsychology, Dr. Andaloro also conducts cognitive and psychological evaluations at local high schools to assist with the special education process, supervises postdoctoral students at Cambridge Health Alliance, and evaluates graduate students at a local university to provide information regarding their academic support and accommodation. She is affiliated with Harvard Medical School, Cambridge Health Alliance, and Mount Auburn Hospital.
In addition to her professional role, Dr. Andaloro enjoys spending time with her family and keeping up with her children’s numerous activities. She finds balance through yoga, travel, and volunteering, and expresses her creativity through various artistic pursuits, music, and hands-on projects.
